Submitting Your Selection

After selecting your perfect card, please e-mail our digital artist with your desired design using the form below.
Please either describe the announcement, screenshot and attach the announcement, or state the row and column it is in.

If you do not know the images you would like, you may call the studio at 503.850.8811 to set up a viewing session. 
e.g., first name(s) only, first and last, full name, etc.
e.g., family saying, life updates, open house information, graduation date, future college plans, etc.
Cards come in packs of 25. If you would like to know specific pricing for cards, please include your inquiry here or call the studio at 503.850.8811.
 
 

 

After Submitting Your Selection

Within 5 business days of your form submission, you will receive a digital proof of your finished card for approval. Please read and look over your card thoroughly to ensure the information, name spellings and images are correct.

Once you have notified us that your card is perfect and approved, your cards will be ordered right away. Cards typically arrive back at our studio within three to five business days.

 
 

Picking Up and Processing Payment

 

If you did not purchase your cards in an earlier viewing and ordering session, we will call you once you have approved the proof to process your payment over the phone.

When your finished cards arrive we will give you a call right away to schedule a time to hand deliver your announcements to you or to coordinate other pick-up arrangements.
